Location – Bangalore
Roles and responsibilities:

  • To teach to a group of students
  • Maintain quality of education at the world-best level

Reporting to: Head of Keyboard (the person in charge of the keyboard teaching)
Capabilities: Good knowledge of the subject and willingness to learn to follow institutional standards.

Job Description: Head of Department – Piano & Keyboard

Experience:

Ideally proficient in Grade 8 music theory.
8 – 15 years of teaching experience.
Age 30 to 38 years.

Grade Certificate – Grade 8 practical proficiency in Keyboard/Piano

Location – Bangalore / Work From Office

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Content creation for Kids (6-14 years) using our LMS (Beginner to Advance) for online group classes.
  2. Connect the subject with the modern songs to make it relevant for the kids of this generation.
  3. Designing Lesson Books. Record and prepare videos for Lesson Books in our studio.
  4. Designing activities to make classes fun and engaging. Conducting online group classes.
  5. Preparing workshops.
  6. Testing the content. Continuously improving the curriculum.
  7. Maintain quality of education at world’s best levels.
  8. Training and managing junior teachers.
  9. Maintaining class standards/quality throughout the department.
  10. Work with the rest of the Team in completing all the school-related activities.

Reporting to: Principal

Capabilities:

  • Create smarter breakdown techniques and apply them through song learning.
